The core tenet of the Theory of Sovereign Reflectivity is that we can choose our perspective and actively shape our reality through the focused awareness and thoughts we cultivate. Some of the ways this manifests:
- We can reflect upon our beliefs and assumptions, revising those not serving our expansion. Our ideas act as filters through which we view the world, so reflecting upon their validity and usefulness is vital. We must ask ourselves, "Does this thought expand my mind or limit my possibility?"
- We can observe our emotional state and thinking patterns, making conscious choices to transmute low-vibration emotions into higher frequencies when needed. Our thoughts and feelings emit an energy that shapes what we attract and experience. By mastering our energetic state, we master our lives.
- Through meditation and mindfulness practices, we can strengthen our ability to focus our awareness and achieve clarity of thought. The quality of our consciousness is reflected in the reality we inhabit. An unfocused mind can only perceive a distorted view of potential.
- We can release attachments to any single version of what we believe is proper. The flexibility of mind and openness to new perspectives align us with the infinite flow of energy and information. There are endless ways of perceiving reality.
- We take responsibility for our experiences, recognizing that we have called them into being through vibration and invitation. Without blame or judgment, we can revise our frequency to shift into a preferred state of being.
- We question the nature of reality and let go of limiting assumptions. The hidden realms of possibility emerge by reflecting upon the multi-dimensional nature of consciousness and existence. Everything we know is a choice.
We step into our power as sovereign beings when we realize that we are the thinkers of our thoughts, the feelers of our emotions, and the creators of our reality experience. We have chosen our perspective and can anew decide at any time. The life we lead is the art we craft through the choices we make each day. By mastering the ability to direct our focus and become increasingly self-aware, we master our experience. This is the critical insight of the Theory of Sovereign Reflectivity.
