As sovereign beings, one of our most significant powers is the ability to transmute energy through the emotions we cultivate and the thoughts we think. Some essential understandings around this include:
Through transmutation, we take charge of our energetic state and, ultimately, our destiny. We attract and become what we vibrate. By mastering our minds and emotions, we transform our lives. This is our role as energy transmitters and conscious creators of our reality. Our power lies in tapping the energy potential around us and reshaping it.
- Our thoughts and emotions emit a vibrational frequency that shapes our experience. Low-vibration emotions like fear, anger, and jealousy attract and invite more of the same. High-vibration emotions such as joy, gratitude, and love bring more energy into our lives. By consciously choosing our emotional state, we transform the energy around us.

We completely transform the energy we broadcast by questioning beliefs that do not serve our expansion and revising our thoughts to be more open and limitless.
- Through mindfulness practices like meditation, visualization, and quantum thought experiments, we can learn to master our mind and direct our focus. The quality of energy and vibration we emit is directly tied to the quality of our consciousness. By raising our consciousness, we elevate our energy state.
- We attract and are attracted to people and situations that vibrate on a similar frequency to our own. To transform our lives, we must change the vibrational note we sound. As we do, we invite new situations, people, and opportunities that reverberate at this new frequency. Our lives are a reflection of our energy.
- There are frequencies of thought and emotion we habitually get trapped in based on beliefs, patterns, and past experiences. We must develop awareness around these habitual vibrations and choose to step out, replacing them with more harmonious energies. This is the art of transmutation.
