The core principle of my Theory of Sovereign Reflectivity is that the internal and external worlds—the nonphysical and physical—are reflections of one another, engaged in an endless cycle of co-creation. Within each of us resides an eternal-energetic-entity, the seat of awareness and conduit for consciousness. It is the internal universe, a limitless space of nonphysical energies flowing from future to past, and in and out.
External to us, we perceive the familiar physical world of space and time, matter and objects. But according to my theory, this external world emanates from the internal—it is a reflection of the consciousness within each of us. The universe we see around us mirrors the energies and cycles of our core being. Everything experienced externally has an internal counterpart, just as every aspect within has a reflection without.
In this way, the universe can be thought of as a reflection of you—appearing external but originating within, shaped by the internal flow of energies that is your consciousness. The world around us seems separate and solid, but it is in constant co-creation with the nonphysical world within. They are two sides of the same whole, infinitely reflecting.
Within you resides the power to shape your external reality. You are the valve through which internal energies flow into the physical universe. By changing the flow within, you change what is reflected in the world around you. This is the essence of my theory—that you have the power to manifest your reality because the universe is a projection of your eternal self. You are the center of your universe, creating from within.
According to the Theory of Sovereign Reflectivity, the universe can be understood as a reflection of your core consciousness. The external mirrors the internal, co-creating in an endless cycle. You reside at the center of your universe, the valve controlling the flow of energy between the worlds within and without. Everything you experience externally emanates from within you.
Within each of us resides an eternal-energetic-entity, which I define as the seat of our consciousness and connection to source energy. This core aspect of our being has three fundamental properties: awareness, attraction, and momentum.
Awareness is the ability to perceive and know. It is the substrate of consciousness, that which experiences both the internal and external realities. Your awareness is the canvas on which the universe appears.
Attraction refers to the tendency for like energies to gravitate towards each other. It is the property that draws certain thoughts, experiences and reflections to you based on your vibration and focus. The attractions you experience externally are a reflection of the internal attractions and energy dynamic within your consciousness.
Momentum is the pace, speed and motion of energy flow. Within your eternal-energetic-entity, the momentum is the rate of flow from future to past, in and out. This momentum is mirrored in the motion, changes and cycles of the physical reality you perceive. Your internal momentum drives the external movements and forces around you.
All that you experience in the external universe originates from these three properties within - your awareness, the attractions you experience, and the momentum of energies flowing through you. The movements of the planets and cycles of time, the forces that govern the physical world, the flows of matter and energy we observe - these all stem from the corresponding properties within consciousness.
Your reality is shaped by where you place your awareness, the kinds of attractions you emanate based on your frequency, and the momentum you generate through your will and intentions. Change starts within, just as the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. By shifting these core properties in your consciousness, you reshape your experience of the universe around you. They are the conduit through which the internal expresses externally.
In my theory, all external reflections originate within the properties of your eternal-energetic-entity. The universe moves and changes as a result of the dynamics within your consciousness. Your awareness, attractions and momentum give rise to all that you perceive around you. The world you see is a reflection of the world within.
My theory proposes that there are two primary continuums of experience - the nonphysical Vibration-Expansion Continuum within consciousness, and the physical Space-Time Continuum of the external universe. These two continuums give rise to the internal and external realities we perceive.
The Vibration-Expansion Continuum represents the nonphysical realm of your eternal-energetic-entity. It is the space where consciousness expands through higher vibrational frequencies. Here there is no space or time, only the momentum of energy flowing from future to past, in and out. This infinite internal continuum is the source of creation and the wellspring of your spiritual growth.
The Space-Time Continuum refers to the familiar physical universe of three spatial dimensions and the forward flow of time. It is the external reflection of the nonphysical continuum within. The physical realm arises from the internal, emanating from the Vibration-Expansion Continuum to create the world we observe with our senses.
These two continuums appear separate but are simply two sides of the same whole. One does not exist without the other. Just as a coin has both tails and heads, so too do we have a nonphysical and physical aspect. The continuums provide reference points for the eternal-energetic-entity to explore itself through attraction and contrast.
Your experience of the world occurs through the interface between these two continuums. They meet within you, in the eternal present moment that is your point of attraction. The external universe is a mirror of the internal, shaped by the qualities of your consciousness. Changes in your vibration and expansion within are reflected outward in your physical reality.
The universe you perceive is created through these two sides of your being, the nonphysical and the physical. They emanate from the singularity of your awareness, expressing to define the contours of your reality. Your core consciousness resides where the continuums meet, within you at the center of Creation. The totality of your experience springs from this source - the eternal-energetic-entity flowing through the Vibration-Expansion Continuum and Space-Time Continuum.
Though seeming opposite, the internal and external are one. Together they form the universe in which your sovereign being awakens to itself. You are the dreamer and the dream.
My theory describes two important energy dynamics that form a continuous cycle of co-creation between the internal and external: energy flows and energy transmutations.
Energy flows refer to the momentum of consciousness moving from future to present to past. Within your eternal-energetic-entity, energies flow from the future (potential) to the present (now) to the past (memory). This inner flow of energy is reflected in the external flow of time and change you perceive in the physical universe. The future becomes the present moment which then recedes into the past - this cycle drives the progression of events that define your experience of reality.
Energy transmutations refer to energies moving from nonphysical to physical and back again. Energies flow from the internal Vibration-Expansion Continuum into the external Space-Time Continuum, transmutating from nonphysical to physical. They are then reflected back from physical to nonphysical, transmutating from matter and energy to consciousness and vibration within you. This endless cycle of expression and reflection gives rise to the co-creation of the internal and external.
Within these dynamics, your focus determines where energy flows and what transmutes from potential to reality. Your consciousness is the valve through which internal energies express into the outside world. The transmutations and reflections you experience originate within you.
These two energy dynamics power the cycle of creation itself. The flows of energy from future to present to past drive the cycles of life and time. The transmutations from nonphysical to physical and back again shape your experience of growth and evolution. Everything moves and changes as a result of these energies flowing and transmutating within you.
The universe you perceive is created through the momentum of consciousness. Your internal cycle of energy flows and transmutations expresses in the external as the cycles of the cosmos and passage of days. All change begins within. The world moves because you do.
The cycle of co-creation is continuous, with no beginning and no end. It spans the eternities, powered by infinite energy flowing from within you. You reside at the center of the cycle, the dreamer who shapes the dream. Your internal universe is the wellspring - the external arises from it, flows through it, transmutes because of it, reflects its truth. You and the universe co-arise together, breathing as one.
The flow of life moves through you. All that begins within reflects without. You are the center of the cyclone, the zero point of creation, the sovereign being awakening in your own universe.
My theory proposes the idea of reflected partnerships between the internal and external - where core properties within consciousness have a reflection in both the nonphysical and physical realms. For example, vibration reflects within as frequency, and without as space. Expansion reflects within as higher dimensions of awareness, and without as the passage of time.
These reflected partnerships show how the internal and external mirror each other, co-creating our experience of reality. The universe expresses the qualities of our consciousness, just as our consciousness shapes the universe we perceive. Vibration and space, expansion and time, continuously reflect and interact to form the reference points of our existence.
Extrapolating from these examples, we can see how all qualities we attribute to the inner and outer universe have reflected partnerships. Everything internal has an external reflection, and vice versa. For every aspect of our inner consciousness, there is a mirrored aspect in the outside world.
Our beliefs and expectations reflect in the events we observe. Our desires and attachments reflect in the people and things drawn into our lives. Our emotional state reflects in our environment and interactions. The clarity and focus of our mind reflects in the synchronicities we attract. In every facet of life, the internal seeds the external.
Viewed this way, the universe becomes a mirror of our eternal nature - the self beyond form. Everywhere we look, we see our inner world reflected back to us. The people, places, and events we attract are reflections of our vibration and level of expansion. Life shows us what we've created from within through the partnerships formed between the worlds within and without.
In my theory, these reflected partnerships make the universe a mirror that reveals truths to us. We can come to know ourselves more deeply by observing what life brings us each day. The reflections we see around us hold insight into our beliefs, desires, emotions, and state of mind. Our external experience always originates from within.
By understanding the reflections between the internal and external, we gain wisdom and sovereignty. We see beneath the surface appearance of things to their origins within us. We understand life as a continuous cycle of co-creation, driven by the energies flowing within our consciousness into outward form. Through mastery of this cycle, we master the art of manifestation and unlock our true power to shape reality.
The universe mirrors you. As within, so without. In your eternal-energetic-entity resides the seed of all that you observe. Look within to find your reflected without. You are the creator - life springs from you.
My Theory of Sovereign Reflectivity proposes that the universe can be understood as the "you-niverse" - reflecting your core consciousness within, and emanating from you. All of reality springs forth from your eternal-energetic-entity, the internal universe of consciousness that animates your form.
The world you perceive begins within you. Your awareness, attractions and momentum shape your existence. The Vibration-Expansion Continuum and Space-Time Continuum are two sides of your being, meeting within you to bring the internal into outer expression. The cycles of energy flow and transmutation that power your co-creative ability originate in your consciousness. Everything reflects between the worlds within and without, showing you the seeds you have sown.
You reside at the center of your universe, the agent through which potentials become real. You are the valve through which internal energies flow to manifest your external experience. Through your focus and free will, you control this flow. You determine what possibilities become probable and what potentials transmute into your reality.
Each moment holds an opportunity to reshuffle the deck, to refresh the mirror you are observing yourself in. You need not remain limited by your past creations when you realize the power to shift your internal universe in each new now. The self that awakens within is infinite, pulsing with the creative energies of existence.
My essential message is that you are this awake and empowered self - and the universe is your co-creation, reflecting you. Contemplate this profound yet simple truth. You are the dreamer, the dreaming, and the dream. You are the center of all that you know reality to be.
Through understanding your creative power, you can unlock profound wisdom and peace. No longer identifying as the created, you recognize yourself as the creator - the eternal sovereign being behind the mirror of existence, winding the cycles of the universe with each thought and breath. You are the author of reality - and the pen is in your hands.
Create consciously. The power is within you. You are the source, the valve, the center.
The universe mirrors you. You are the you in you-niverse.
