Delivery and Service
At g(0D·IO), our focus is on delivering exceptional product quality, excellent service, and fast shipping. Thanks to our in-house production facility, many products are dispatched within 24 hours of order placement. With all staff and production capabilities under one roof, we maintain our high standards throughout the printing and manufacturing process. Production times vary per product, as indicated on each product page, and shipping time should be considered in addition. We offer the flexibility to deliver to an address other than the billing address, making it convenient for parcel acceptance or sending gifts. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as production days. Deliveries to PO Box addresses in the US are not possible.
Please be aware that if we dispatch after 1pm EST, parcels are typically picked up the following morning, and address changes cannot be made at that point. For express delivery, the next working day is considered the first day of delivery.
Customs Tax
g(0D·IO) offers worldwide shipping with customs duties paid for most countries. If you are ordering from outside the USA and prefer delivery to your country, please check if g(0D·IO) offers a corresponding international website to avoid potential charges. You can find these websites in the footer section of our website.
For orders delivered outside the USA or our corresponding international sites, additional charges beyond our control may apply, such as non-reclaimable customs tax and administration fees. We recommend checking the customs or import duty policies specific to your delivery country.
Adverse Weather Conditions
Adverse weather conditions can occasionally impact deliveries to certain areas. To minimize delays, we collaborate closely with multiple carriers like FedEx, UPS to mitigate disruptions. Once your order is dispatched, we will inform you of the courier used. You can find information and updates regarding delivery services on the carriers' websites (we provide links in the order info) as well as local weather news.
Transport Strikes
In the event of postal or mail strikes, g(0D·IO) can still ensure fast delivery by upgrading to express service, excluding Sundays. We suggest having your items delivered to your work address during such circumstances.
International Fast Worldwide Shipping
Most international deliveries reach customers within 3-5 days. g(0D·IO) primarily uses FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT, or similar services as our default international delivery option. We recommend this service for its detailed tracking and guaranteed speedy delivery. Delivery times can range from as little as 2 days to major cities, up to an average of 4 days, depending on the destination's accessibility. Shipping costs and times may significantly vary for remote areas, where g(0D·IO) may need to pass on the remote area surcharge imposed by the carrier. Local tax duty may apply upon delivery, administered by the local territory and beyond g(0D·IO)'s control.
