Production times vary per product, as indicated on each product page, and shipping time should be considered in addition. We offer the flexibility to deliver to an address other than the billing address, making it convenient for parcel acceptance or sending gifts. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as production days. Deliveries to PO Box addresses in the US are not possible.

Please be aware that if we dispatch after 1pm EST, parcels are typically picked up the following morning, and address changes cannot be made at that point. For express delivery, the next working day is considered the first day of delivery.
